1. Processing Time

Orders placed on Nanoteric are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan with the following estimated timeframes from the date of dispatch:

  • Karachi: 2–3 business days
  • All other cities across Pakistan: 5–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may also affect estimated delivery dates.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Available methods and their associated costs will be displayed during checkout. Please select the option that best fits your requirements at the time of placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery and get an estimated arrival date. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Shipping Contract & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Nanoteric are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nanoteric is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. Nanoteric is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at nanoteric@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

9. Returned Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at the door, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatched orders.
