Time Frame & Conditions

You must report your issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Proof of the issue (photo or video) is required.
Original packaging is preferred for returns.

Submit evidence — Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, incorrect item, or discrepancy.
Review & approval — Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether your claim is approved.
Refund or replacement — Once approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement item at your preference.
